The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                                                     
February 5 calendar (page 2331), was read the third time:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 287                                                                                                         
     "An Act making appropriations for public education and                                                                     
     transportation of students; making appropriations under art. IX,                                                           
     sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the                                                                  
     constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective                                                         
     date."                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Representative Johnston moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
HB 287 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                                                                
considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
